why reptiles?
Reptiles are incredibly amazing, wildly interesting and play a vital role in our ecosystem. Unfortunately, not everyone relates well to reptiles. We often hear them described as: scary, slimy, sneaky, dangerous and deadly. It’s important to know that not all snakes are venomous or aggressive and not all cold blooded animals are unloveable.

By spending time with these amazing creatures and educating ourselves, we can alleviate our fears, understand them, and more importantly, grow to love and appreciate them.

Reptile Adventures is a Brisbane-based provider of licensed wildlife education experiences. We specialise in delivering curriculum-linked wildlife incursions, bringing native reptiles and amphibians into classrooms to inspire learning and conservation. We believe in experiential learning where our participants enjoy a hands-on, direct experience.
We also bring the animals to you, which eliminates the need for extra helpers.
The demonstrator’s passion shines through in a way that will keep audiences captivated. Because our animals have been bred and raised in captivity, they are conditioned to regular handling. This means that you have the opportunity to get up close and personal with our animals.
Our wildlife incursions are age appropriate and have been designed around the national curriculum. If you would prefer, we can tailor a demonstration to suit your needs and timeframe.
